We are strong believers in using every part of the chicken. Farmer Ty's favorite way to prepare chicken hearts is a kabab with a honey balsamic glaze. They also make great dog/cat treats!
These hearts come from chickens foraging on rangeland with certified organic feed, sunshine, and fresh air right here in the heart of Texas. The diversity of diet leads to a variety of high quality nutrients in the meat. Add to that the longer grow out time, and it is truly craft chicken with exceptional taste!
